App won't work

Hi, my virgin plus app won't work, cause I just changed from pay as you go to a monthly user.  How do I fix this?

Good morning JEC. 

When you switched from Pay As You Go to Monthly / Post-Paid, you will need to make a new self-serve profile and link your new Virgin Plus account to it. When you switched from Pay As You Go, the former online profile was deleted at that time.
