All Incoming calls are no caller id

I recently upgrade my phone plan to get more data but once the new month began all incoming phone calls show up on my phone as no caller id even though I have their phone number. Not only that but the app says I’ve used 19gb out of 20. 9 days in. But my iPhone says I’ve only used 9gb since the new plan began.

Incoming call issue: Make sure that there are no updates available for your device. I have noticed that alot of people have complained about this to apple in the past.
Data usage issue: You could be using a prorated amount of data from the date you changed your plan to the date you looked. Also if you share data with other members that could impact that as well.

My caller ID is not working. Even if someone in my contacts is calling me, it still shows up as “No Caller ID” how do I fix this? I have an iPhone 13 mini, I double checked my phone settings and it says my caller id is on, it’s also enabled on my virgin plan. Any help is appreciated!

Whoever calls, even if I have them as a contact, it always says “No Caller Id”. I don’t know how to fix it and for months now I’ve been answering phone calls not knowing who’s calling.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
That is definitely strange. Normally when the message "No Caller ID" pops up, it means that there's no caller ID feature associated to your phone-number/rate-plan.
When looking at your monthly rate plan description in My Account, do you see Call Display listed as one of your features?
Check that out and keep us posted with your findings.

All calls that I receive show up as No Caller ID. It is turned on in my settings and is listed as a feature I do have on my virgin account. How do I fix this?

I just did an upgrade to an iPhone 15. Since switching all my calls come up no caller id and they used to come up with my contacts names?!? Anything I need to do to fix this?

All calls coming in say PRIVATE NUMBER or.........UNKNOWN CALLER.
I have 2 lines with Each one having the same loyalty plan. Now the 2nd line has call display but the first one does not.
Please advise. 🙏
