Why aren’t there any options to change APN settings in “cellular network” with Virgin Plus? My Virgin Plus service is set up with an eSIM. This option is available with Telus with a physical SIM card.

When using a physical Virgin Plus SIM card, you will have access to the APN settings on your phone.

Is it possible to switch back from eSIM to my deactivated Virgin SIM card? Also, would 5G be available using an eSIM?

If it's been more than 90 days since you've changed from your physical SIM to the eSIM, then a New SIM Card will need to be purchased.
