It's almost a week server error!
I want to pay my bill online, when is possible time to fixed this error?

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues completing payment and receiving server errors. If so, could you provide some additional details for the Community to be better able to assist?
- Have you made sure your phone's OS is up to date? Is the app itself up to date?
- Have you tried deleting and redownloading the app?
- Are you able to complete payment by logging into My Account in a web browser on a home computer?
- Are your payments still being applied and going through, or is the payment never completed?
