We understand that money can be tight sometimes. If you miss a due date but are still able to make your payment before the next bill cycle, your services will not be affected.

Although, if your payment is received and processed on your account after a new billing cycle started (unpaid balance carried over on new bill), a late payment fee will be issued on the following bill in accordance with the terms outlined in your Virgin Plus Terms of Service/Service Agreement.

I got an email from Virgin mobile that my bill is to be paid by the 15th of March 2024. However on the app it says that I needs to paid by the 14th of March 2024. I paid my bill on the 15th and it was considered late. Was the last day the 14th or the 15th?
