internet bill

I set up my internet in late Dec. Is it normal that I still haven't received a bill (Jan 20 now)?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

This could be normal as it will depend on the date the service order was made and the date of the installation appointment/activation of the service.

If you haven't set up your online My Account profile yet, you can do so here (this is where your invoices will show up☺).

 

over a year without bills      no one can tell me why
