Why incoming call costs airtime when my plan includes unlimited incoming calls?

I signed the $15 per month prepaid plan over the weekend, which includes 100 minutes outgoing and unlimited incoming calls every month. But it shows on my account that the incoming calls still is consuming the airtime. Why this happened?

Now I just found that the agent from Virgin Plus made an mistake by giving me the prepaid plan instead of the postpaid plan when I was at the store for the new plan activation last weekend. Both of them have the same rate, $15 per month. But the postpaid includes unlimited incoming whereas the prepaid doesn't!
