What is the difference between Canada wide calls and long distance within Canada

I have no charges for Canada wide calling but have charges for long distance within Canada

That's a great question, Canada wide calling are calls that are made to a Canadian number and calls received from any numbers while physically being in Canada making the entire country your local calling area. Long distance within Canada are calls made to a number outside of your local calling area while physically being in Canada.

I am looking to find out if I will be charged long distance rates if I call or text a Canadian (Albertian) cell number that is currently located in the USA?
