I recently bought a new phone from Samsung. I updated my phone through My Account online (switched from an older LG). But now every time I log in to my account to top up or whatever, there is a red exclamation mark notice saying "Since you've switched to a new phone, we need you to update phone with us and be sure it's compatible with your plan & add-ons." I update it every time, no issues, it shows up properly on the home screen. Then when I leave that screen it reverts back to a grey phone outline and the notice is back. It does say the proper name for my phone, but says I need to update my phone (update phone is of course a hyperlink to the page to update the phone). I don't know why. Also my address won't save when I change it (same as the phone, changes when I leave the page). Yes, I click save. Drives me nuts.
Why won't my information save?? I've been a customer since I got my first phone 16 years ago. Never had a problem until this year, trying to change my address, and now with the "update phone" prompt refusing to go away.

Hi @bora. Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Virgin Plus Community.
Something definitely seems odd about that, and we would like to check into this further.
