Unsubscribe from receiving marketing text/calls

Can someone help unsubscribe from receiving text/calls on cell, as well emails.  What are the steps to unsubscribe in the online account?  I have tried using the online chat but answers are generic and do not help.  Thank you.

Could you please clarify so the Community can better assist? Are you meaning to remove texting/calling? To block certain numbers from contacting you? To stop receiving marketing?

If you're referring to marketing, you can use the following steps:

  1. Log into your My Account profile
  2. Click on My Profile
  3. Click on My Virgin Plus Account
  4. Scroll down to Communication Preferences

Depending on when you cancelled, at a point your account will be decoupled from your My Account profile. At this point, you would be limited in the options you have at your disposal when it comes to updating your profile.

For another way to update your marketing preferences, head over to our Virgin Plus Communication preferencesOpens in a new tab or window page, validate the email address attached to your My Account profile, and follow any further instructions to update your preferences.

I tried doing this but the page comes up blank on firefox, chrome and on my phone. Im no longer a customer and there doesn't seem to be any way for me to unsubscribe from your marketing emails since the website is broken.

Hey I've been getting non stop phone calls from Virgins Sales Team multiple times a day over the past couple of days

 Today I've received 3 phone calls. All 3 times I said, no I'm not interested, I worked in sales I am not interested in hearing your promotion. Stop calling. 

I get told oh sorry sir won't happen again. Few hours later repeat, few hours later repeat. 

I swear to God, when I get another phone call from you guys, I'm asking for supervisor then manager then office of the president because this is something that needs to be brought up to the CRTC. I've never missed a bill and I've receiving 3-5 calls a day for promotions I've asked not to receive. I'm at the point I'm ready to switch phone companies to one who won't call me me to raise my bill. 

 I am going to live stream/record each call from my computer. I am going to make a compilation of all my interactions with virgin. 

 

Why do you hate your members so much that you drive them to wanting to switch phone providers.
