I am unable to upgrade my device online

Waited 30 mins speaking with a chat agent

They called me and transferred me only to tell me it has to be done online?

I do not have the option to do it online. They also hung up on me by 'accident'.

For the Community to be better able to assist, could you please clarify as to what's happening when you do try to upgrade online? Are you receiving an error message, or any other kind of prompt?

When will the website be fixed for upgrading my device? I've been trying for what seems like a month.
