I would like to know how I can retrieve my 4-digit PIN for my Virgin Mobile account.  I cannot find my PIN anywhere.  If necessary, how do I change my Virgin Mobile PIN?

Oh the irony of this post.

I mean, great information and I agree with everything in this post.

Except that I'm a new Virgin Mobile  customer and I joined this community to complain about my Virgin Plus account's lack of MFA.  No... PINs, security questions (which are actually a security anti-pattern), alternate emails, and alternate phone numbers are NOT MFA/2FA.

Virgin Plus accounts have no MFA and in 2024, that's absolutely TERRIFYING.  Mobile providers are prime vectors of attack because hijacking a mobile account is a gateway to getting access to many other services' 2FA - like banking!

I find this completely unacceptable that my Virgin Plus account has no MFA available.  Scary.
