I would like to know how I can retrieve my 4-digit PIN for my Virgin Mobile account. I cannot find my PIN anywhere. If necessary, how do I change my Virgin Mobile PIN?

Oh the irony of this post.
I mean, great information and I agree with everything in this post.
Except that I'm a new Virgin Mobile customer and I joined this community to complain about my Virgin Plus account's lack of MFA. No... PINs, security questions (which are actually a security anti-pattern), alternate emails, and alternate phone numbers are NOT MFA/2FA.
Virgin Plus accounts have no MFA and in 2024, that's absolutely TERRIFYING. Mobile providers are prime vectors of attack because hijacking a mobile account is a gateway to getting access to many other services' 2FA - like banking!
I find this completely unacceptable that my Virgin Plus account has no MFA available. Scary.
