I am not getting scan codes showing up under my benefits. It’s driving me!  I really want the BOGO Kernels!  And the Sleep Country deal!  Help!

As the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, it would be hard to determine the cause. 

In order for the Community to help wherever we can, some clarifications will be needed;

  • Which service do you have with Virgin Plus? Some offers are available to Mobility Members only, details can be found in the Good to know section of the benefits.
  • Are you using the website or the My Benefits app? If using the website, please download and verify the My offers/Benefits tab.
  • Is your phone and apps all updated to their latest versions?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  • Are your communication preferences up to date on your account?
  • Have you blocked any of the texts sent to you by Virgin Plus?
