I am ending the virgin service used by my kids. They have a top up credit even though the plan was monthly via a credit card.
Can this be refunded to the accounts credit card ?
How do I remove the credit card info so the billing stops?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
It saddens us to know that you're planning on leaving us, we will definitely miss you.
Once a Prepaid Top-Up is registered to the account, we're unable to refund it.
To remove your credit card, access My Account and click on the My Profile tab where there is a section called My Payment Info. You'll see your registered credit card listed - simply click on Edit to remove the card from the account.

Hello -
Am wondering if I will get my prepaid account refunded since I cancelled/ported my number to another provider the day before the preauthorized payment date - my credit card shows a monthly VirginPlus charge and I hope that will be reversed. How long does that take?
