How long does it take to pay $50 rebate on your bill that was charged as service for getting updated phone? I chatted twice and promised it would be rebated on the next bill since May?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

For a bill credit to be applied, it can take up to 3 billing cycles before it is displayed. 

Let us know once 3 full bill cycles has passed, and if you still haven't received the credit, we will be more than happy to check it out.
