Question about the 100 minutes included in the $15 dollar plan

I have questions about the minutes included in my $15 starter plan. In my account it says the 100 minutes are for outgoing calls and I have unlimited incoming calls.plan minutes usage

But the usage page counts all minutes into the 100 minutes meter. So far I have used 76 out of 100 minutes, it says I used 45 minutes on Sep 10 and 26 minutes on Sep 12. For example on Sep 12, I only used 16 minutes outgoing, the others are incoming. Plus, 7 of the 16 minutes outgoing are virgin customer service (611), that is supposed to be free.

The questions are

1. can I still take incoming calls and
2. what is my actual usage
3. can you fix this problem on my account page

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

The Community is a peer to peer assistance channel where Virgin Plus Members can help one another and we do not have direct access to your account. 

What could be happening here is that you are only looking at your local calls and not seeing other types of calls like international calls. 

To review all of your outgoing call details, you can press the link View All Usage at the bottom of your last screenshot provided. From there you will be able to calculate all of your outgoing calls made with your phone.
