How to change to cash payment and delete credit card payment.

if the cash option page is not functioning.. gets the sorry oops that page is not working..   then i cannot delete my credit card.   This is ridiculous.

Can someone please help me

We will need some clarification in order for the Community to help;

• Do you have a postpaid or prepaid account?
• Are you attempting to accomplish the transaction on the app or regular browser?
• Are you receiving an error code with the oops that page is not working? If so what is the error code?

A quick trick you can try on a browser is to clear your cookies and cache and make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off and try again, if the issue persists, try a different browser.

it is a prepaid account using my credit card.  am attempting to do this via my laptop browser
