I came over to Virgin Plus on September 30/2023. I see my first billing is available online... Since it's only been a week, why am I charged for the full month ($39) instead of having it pro-rated for a week? And I have eBill, but have not received it.

Hi there, @wynford. Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community.
Monthly plans are charged a month in advance - as such, on your first bill you would see two plan charges. A prorated charge from the date of activation to your first billing date, and then the first full charge for a full billing cycle. Check out our handy page on Understanding Your First Bill for more details.
As for your eBill, this would be viewable by logging into your Virgin Plus My Account profile. At times, the bill may be delayed by a few business days - this is most often due to maintenance on our billing system or business delays. When it's ready, you can go to View My Bill to see the breakdown and what's owed.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

I've bought this sim card plan 2 days ago and its going to over charge my data because of 2 days cycle left to the next cycle. Why?
I'm new to this plan you SHOULD NOT overcharge me!!!
I'm gonna pay my regular bill when it comes. But why OVERCHARGE!!!?? doesn't make any sense!!!
