By mistake I have adde a date add on and cancelled it and it’ll but was billed in my monthly bill how can get the money back

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
When an add-on is added to the account, it will only be billed for the duration that it was active on the account.
When removing an add-on from the account, you will be asked if you wish to remove it at the end of your current billing cycle or immediately, this will determine how much will be charged on your bill.

Hello,
I recently added a 2GB data add-on to my plan and then decided to cancel it. However, after canceling it, I mistakenly reactivated it, and now I am unable to cancel it again.
I would like assistance with either canceling the additional 2GB data add-on or understanding why I can no longer cancel it. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
I would appreciate any guidance on whether it is still possible to remove the add-on or if I need to wait until the next billing cycle.
