Hello,
Is there a way to dispute data overcharges that have seemed to occur without my knowledge or any data warning messages prior to going over my limit? I seem to have gone 557MB over my data limit accumulating $50 in additional charges.

If you are still in the same billing cycle, you can add a data options which will cost you less than 50$.

I just got a notice that im being charged a 50 dollar overage charge on my data. I never go over my data. I believe this all because of my home internet going down and it automatically started using my data when i was at home. I use my phone for work but i can't have data overages on my account.
