Does anyone know the difference between the anything flex data that came with my plan and the anytime data add on? They are different but I didn’t understand why or how the add on works

Hey there, @Selangille,

Welcome to the Community and great question.

If your plan does not have any data included, our Flexible Data Option is going to calculate and charge you in accordance with your consumption (to review the amounts per threshold click here). The anytime data add on is a feature that can be added and/or removed anytime via your MyAccount profile and is usually used to cover overage charges during your billing period or if you know you will need more data during a specific timeframe, data add-ons are a great option to plan ahead.

hey so i’ve put 100$ on my pay as you go or whatever plan i was on the $55 a month plan moved to 75$ yesterday because of data usage and it says my 10gbs is already up there is no way in …. it’s 6am my time saskatchewan is there anyway to add a data add on till my anniversary date at least or? like after hours without calling in? because when i log into my account it shows me my usage blah blah when when i hit data add on it only gives me option to call during business hours?

To be able to add a data add-on to your pre-paid plan, you'll need to have sufficient funds in your balance prior to adding the extra data. 

Keep us posted if you're continuing to have issues activating a data add-on.
