Crave disappearing after changing plan

I got a different plan when I reupped my phone but still have data which is required to continue to get Crave for free each month. But now I don't have Crave anymore. Anyone know how to get it back? Thanks

If your previous plan had offered Crave as a bundled deal, or if you were receiving a conditional promo offer for Crave, it would've fallen off when you changed plans and in turn lost access to your subscription. Please do bear in mind that as the Community is a peer-to-peer support channel, we're unable to speak to the specific circumstances for your account.

To re-add Crave, this can be done from your My Account profile and going to My FeaturesOpens in a new tab or window

Can I just re-add is the question since it was conditional on having a data plan, which I do.
