Changing plan prepaid

I was just wondering if there was a way to change plan , but have it effective immediately rather than have to wait until anniversary date, besides having to call in.

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post. 

If you would like to change your plan immediately, you would need to pay for the new plan and you would forfeit any unused portions of the previous plan. To prevent the forfeiture of any unused portions of your current rate plan, only the option to change for your next anniversary date is available in My Account.
