Cannot log into My Benefits App

Member Benefits App not working anymore.

Thanks for your post.

Here are a few tricks to help with the app when it is not working;

  • Restarting your device.
  • Checking if the app is updated to its latest version.
  • Try to log out and log back in.
  • Try to access your self-serve profileOpens in a new tab or window as they are both linked together.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app.

If none of these work, try updating your online profiles password and try again after.

Check that out and let us know how it went.

Hi, tried over and over to log into my benefits app but the screen freezes on the let's get more info from you. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, used my password, tried with an OTP but nothing. I have attached the page that freezes and I can't log in. Suggestions?
