Buyers Remorse- How to Cancel New Phone/Plan?

I signed up for a new phone/plan, but realized that I can actually get a cheaper plan. I tried to go through my account setting to find a "cancel" button, but have had no luck. The chat wait time is super long and I am assuming the phone wait is worse..

Hi, im planning to cancel my connection within 30 days of activation. I have not even received my first bill. Will I be charged the $70 connection fee still? Is there a way to get it waived off
