Buyer’s remorse shipping issue.

I sent a google pixel 6 back to the warehouse two days after receiving the phone approximately a month ago, January 23. The issue is the warehouse is taking their sweet time confirming the phone I sent back has been received and is preventing me from getting a new phone. I’ve talked to many customer service reps and virgin plus store employees and they told me different things. First a customer service rep told me I could return the phone at a kiosk but that wasn’t true apparently, so I mailed it back. After a week I checked with another customer service rep and they told me they could speed up the process by putting a note on my file and expediting the order. They said I just have to wait for an email saying that the order was received. Another week goes by and another rep says they’ll do something to my account so I could get a phone that day. I go to the kiosk again and no changes were made so the store employee calls customer service and they said all I can do is wait. Another week goes by and another rep just kept apologizing and saying I have to wait. It’s now 5-6 days in to the 4th week and I’m still waiting. Is there anything that can be done for me? I’ve been a customer for 8 years and I’d hate to have to switch companies.
