Buyer’s remorse question

If I’d like to return my phone within the first 30 days, what happens with my plan? Do I have to continue with the new plan and use my old phone, or am I able to sign up for a new plan?

Hi there @spaghettio. Welcome to the Community.

You would be automatically set back to your plan prior to upgrading to your phone. If the plan is no longer available, or you did not have a plan prior to upgrading, you'll need to speak with a representative to select a new plan for yourself.

Take a look at our Contact UsOpens in a new tab or window page for the best means to connect with a representative if need be.

I just received my upgrade device but not happy, can I return and get a new one device?
