Please explain to me why I suddenly DID NOT receive an email NOR a text message for my last bill...?? That is equivalent to not sending the paper bill in the mail. So I ended up paying a few days late because you DID send the text reminding me it was late..... COME ON VIRGIN
now i have a ding on my credit score....not happy

This was not a helpful solution at all. Virgin should be sending an email notification that our bill is ready to be viewed. You are doing everyone a disservice by taking this feature away.

Does anyone else find Virgin doesn't remember to send a bill every month and then they charge interest on the bill you don't know about? Canadian Tire does this too.

I'm not receiving my invoices by email since January and the support chat has been completely useless 3 times in a row. I'm desperate to know what is Virgin's MX record IP set so that I can check in our firewall if it was blocked by mistake. I took a look at my last received invoice from Virgin dated January 18th and it came from:
Received: from esa1-out3-wyn.bell.ca ([198.235.**.**]:221**)
We're not blocking any of the 198.235.0.0/16 IP. What is the precise list of IP that they're trying to send my invoice from? I know I can sign in to my Virgin account and download the PDF each month, but it's 2025 and I have other things to do than to sign in to some ISP to get their invoice every month. This is ridiculous.
