Bill - Missing Payment

I paid last month bill and today received a bill still charging me of last month and this month bill

As the Virgin Plus Community is a peer-to-peer support system, it's hard to say for certain what the issue may be. Could you please provide further details?

  • Which platform did you use to complete your payment; Online Banking via your financial institution website or via My Account? 
  • How many days prior your billing cycle start date was the payment submitted? Processing delays will differ depending on the type of payment method you would have chosen.
  • Have you had any issues completing payments before?

Payments through your financial institution can take a bit longer and your bank is the one responsible for processing them. If the payment was made correctly, we should get the payment in about 3 to 10 business days after you've completed the transaction.
