Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

Your 14 digit Client ID Number will be visible on the top right corner of your invoices. You can also find your Virgin Plus Number and Account Number listed as well.

Hi trent,

you can find the 14 number into your bank account. (specimen check). You can find it online into your bank account or you can directly go to your bank to go reach the information with your banker.

Good luck, have a nice day

Where do I locate my Virgin Plus number?

I have tried both and it won't accept it

Hi there, @Skyefox64. Welcome to the Community.

Could you please clarify further? Are you receiving an error message of any kind when attempting to complete payment? Have you spoken to your bank to confirm that payment is not being blocked from their end?

We'd also recommend taking a look over our Support article on Ways to Pay your Monthly BillOpens in a new tab or window to make sure you're completing the steps correctly.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I joined Virgin Internet and TV. But I can't find my account number. I need "10-digit Virgin Plus number or account number". where can I find it?

I want to watch Virgin TV on my IP TV.

How to do it? Help me, plz.

I need to pay my bill but keep getting an error. How do I get my account number to pay through my bank

I think I'm having the exact same problem -- when trying to add Virgin Plus Home Internet as a Payee in my online banking, the bank is expecting a 14-digit (ie 14 NUMBERS) account #.  But on the virgin bill the client id they specificially tell me to use has 3 alpha characters in it and it is the only "#" that is 14 chars long.  Therefore, the banking app rejects it.

Online chat was useless in resolving this issue.

Why does my 14-"digit" Client ID include 3 alpha characters?  The 3 alpha characters cause it to be rejected when I try to add as a Payee in my Online Banking.  Online Banking expects the acct number to be 14 digits, i.e., 14 numbers.   Thanks

Called my bank to see if they can help, they cannot.  Still waiting for a call-back from Virgin since online chat was useless.

Hey there @Insecure ,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

In order to register your invoice on your online banking and/or at your bank directly, you will need your 14 digit client id number (includes numbers and letters) that is visible on your invoices (top right corner of the pages).

Ensure to copy your 14 digit client id, as is, without placing any spaces or special characters.

If you're unable to save the request, this means it is not entered correctly and/or the payee selected is incorrect and you will need to contact your bank for further support.
