It's my last one, moving both lines!

My bill went 7.00 after 6 months.

Will shop for better options with 5g.

Fee increases should be communicated more openly and transparently. Don’t bury it on page 3 of a bill we received months ago.

Unfortunately, I also today faced a 17% price increase. Much better plans out there. I have been a customer for something like 8 years, but am leaving today. Yes they bury a price increase in the bill, which is auto-pay in my case so I don't inspect it! Just an example of corporate trying to hide their practices instead of doing what any sensible customer would wish - advance notice sent personally by text or email! I also thought their 'solution' was funny! Thinking that outlining how they hide the increase notices would somehow appease us? Sheesh!

Anyway, my first and last post on this forum. I am off to hopefully better treatment.

Yes, the fee increased without me knowing. Initially, I signed up because of a promotion $29/month, which ended about a few months after I joined. And it kept increasing ever since. Now I pay $50/month. I shopped around and found a better provider. I am waiting for their SIM card to arrive and will then switch.

So let's get this straight: even though Virgin sends us several emails each month, you don't bother to tell us about upcoming rate increases except in the fine print of the pdf version of our invoice. Am I hearing this right? You won't even give us a heads-up to "please see this month's invoice for coming changes"? Instead, we are expected to manually check for ourselves every 30 days to see if Virgin has altered the conditions??
