I tried pressing the key icon to retrieve my admin password.I can see that there's a reset button, but it just restarts the device.How do you factory reset the device?

Resolved! Slow download speeds

I had work to complete but couldn't because my internet's download speed is less that 1 Mbps. Tried contacting customer/tech support but they're clueless.  I have got rid of mobility plans from virgin and the next in line is broadband.
