After switching to Virgin internet today, I've discovered the Xbox Cloud runs like absolute crapola.
Having used Xbox Cloud with my previous ISP for a couple of years (at slower up/down speed) with no performance issues...now, I have even more bandwidth but the worst performance I've ever experienced.
Anyone have a similar experience? Any ideas on how to resolve?

Hey there @emmision ,
Welcome to the Community, and thank you for posting.
The Community just needs a bit more information in order to help.
- Can you share which model of Xbox you have?
- If connected via Wi-Fi, how far is your Xbox from the modem?
- If connected via an Ethernet cable, what type of cable are you using? We recommend using a CAT5/6.
- If connected via Wi-Fi, try connecting your Xbox via an Ethernet cable or if connected via Ethernet give Wi-Fi a try.
Please also share a screen shot with the results of a speed test and latency for both your Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection (make sure to hide any personal information and/or MAC address).
Looking forward to your reply.
