Valerie now says HomeHub3000

When logging into the web interface I now see Home Hub 3000 indications.
I’m also unable to input the v2 number since it thinks it’s a Bell modem and refuses the virginmobile.ca user id.
What happened?

- Have you tried rebooting your modem? If not, give it a try and let us know if the issue persists.
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- Have you got in touch with our technical support team to have your concern verified?
