Valerie modem screen changed to "Loading/Chargement"

Screen changed to loading/charge, internet cut out but came back. Just wondering what that was all about?

To confirm, are you experiencing any issues with your internet presently? Has the screen changed again as you said since you had first made your post?

Good Morning, I had this issue with my Valerie modem this morning - the screen said Loading/Chargement.  I unplugged the modem and plugged it back in, this did bring my wifi back.  What is this error.
