Hi,
I am north of TO. My internet connection has been dropping frequently since the 'equipment failure' earlier this year!
I am wondering what causes it. Do people experience similarly?

Have you attempted to run our Virtual Repair Tool?
The Virtual Repair Tool will:
- Look for service outages.
- Check equipment outside your home.
- Perform a modem reboot.
- Check and correct settings on the hardware in your home.
If this doesn't help resolve the issue, please let us know with any further information you can provide, such as error messages or any trends or patterns you may have recognized in the downtime. Thank you.
