Gigabyte internet?

Will virgin be be offering gigabyte internet soon. I just upgraded to the 300mbs plan but I’ve been wanting gigabyte internet for 5 years now. I love this company and I don’t want to change but I would love to see gigabyte internet in the Montreal area. I’d be happy to pay 70-80$ for it or even more
