Factory Reset Valerie

I tried pressing the key icon to retrieve my admin password.

I can see that there's a reset button, but it just restarts the device.

How do you factory reset the device?

How to factory settings

1. Press and hold the Reset button on the side of your Valérie modem for 5 seconds.
2. Wait until all 3 LED lights on the front of your modem are white, and Home Internet: Connected is displayed.
3. Open a web browser and follow the online instructions.
4. Your default password is the serial number (S/N) located on the back of your modem.
