I have a roaming travel pkg on my virgins phone for US I can’t find out how to access the amount of GB I have left.

Welcome to the Community and great question.

When accessing My Account, under My services, select the desired phone number. Once the phone number is selected, you can click on My roaming usage as displayed on the below image.

* Roam Sweet Roam may only appear in the Events section of My Usage.

Current bill roam costs

I am currently out of country with my wife and we both have Android cell phones with Virgin Plus on 'roam sweet roam', we have each had flight mode turned on and off while away. We left Canada the day after the latest bill was created (Oct. 15/2023). How do I find the roaming charges we have incurred in the new bill which has not been created yet.

Airplane mode

While I was away my airplane mode accidently got turned off, I was alerted because I heard a text come in. I immediately turned airplane mode back on. Is there a way I can see on my active bill whether I have any roaming charges for it? All I can see on my account is my current bill which has been paid. I'd like to be prepare for any shock. Thanks
