How can I change the date of billing to the end of each month, rather than the middle of the month?

i,m trying to have the payment of 70.62 for this month changed to sept 28th from sept 22. reason my financiaal institution has change from tignish credit union to bmo summerside pe. this info has been changed on our account as of this morning with the branch and account number etc. this is for this monthe s biil for the 22nd only as future billibgs should just automatically fall in line. thank you m abbott
