&lt;P&gt;We're sad to learn that you've left us and we will miss you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":frowning_face:"&gt;☹️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once an account is closed, if a refund is required, our systems will verify the last payment method used on file.&amp;nbsp; If the last payment was made via credit card, the refund will be applied to the credit card in question. For all other payment methods, a cheque will be generated and sent via mail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When services are cancelled in the middle of a billing period, you will automatically receive a prorated credit to cover any days the service was not active within the said billing period. This normally happens within 1-2 billing cycles after cancellation.&lt;/P&gt;
