&lt;P&gt;That is a good question and&amp;nbsp;it depends if you have a Postpaid or a Prepaid account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have a Postpaid account you would only need to make sure that your invoices are paid&amp;nbsp;on time and in full.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have a&amp;nbsp;Prepaid account and your&amp;nbsp;funds expire&amp;nbsp;and you do not top up for 90 days, then your account will completely disconnect.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was wondering if there was any clause in the terms and conditions where an account might be suspended if it is not used often enough to place a phone call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I mainly use my phone to receive text messages as part of a two factor authentication process with other institutions I have an account with. It is fairly rare that I use my phone to make a phone call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I logged into the Virgin mobile site and tried to ask this question to the chatbot, I was instructed to log into my account, in spite of the fact that I had already logged in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
