&lt;P&gt;Below are a few tips and tricks;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure your browser is updated to it's latest version&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear the cookies and cache&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try a different Browser&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try in incognito mode&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log out of all Virgin Plus My Account apps/profiles and wait a few minutes and try again&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Delete your My Account profile and start fresh&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give those a try and keep us updated with the results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the message I see when putting in my phone number or account number (I tried both):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Unable to register&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our records show that *********&amp;nbsp;is either not the account owner or is not accepted for registration, so we can't let you register with this mobile phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please register with your 9 digit account number instead."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't link it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you still unable to link My Account to your Virgin Plus account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried registering with your account number instead of your phone number? This can be found on the paperwork from when you signed up, and/or when you got your new phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is this happening in the app, or in a web browser?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If in the app, have you tried deleting and reinstalling to make sure you have the latest version?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If in a web browser, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache, and/or using a different browser?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know if these tips help, or if you still need us.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I received an email saying that my wifi is not installed and I need to set up the account or it will be cancelled within 30 days. The wifi was installed last week, it has been working since with no issues. I registered for my account and now have one but I am having trouble linking my bill. I have tried both the pending and active service options and the confirmation emails and texts do not come. I have been asked multiple times for a 9 digit account number, but I can only find my 8 digit user number and my 8 digit myaccount number. When I called, nobody was there.
