    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having this issue. However, it doesn't show up on my features/add-ons page as an option anymore. I upgraded phones, have an account in good standing, and my new plan is an upgrade from my old one. The offer in my mail says I should have Crave regardless of plan changes, so how come it got dropped, but also how come it isn't even an add-on option anymore?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a different plan when I reupped my phone but still have data which is required to continue to get Crave for free each month. But now I don't have Crave anymore. Anyone know how to get it back? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your previous plan had offered Crave as a bundled deal, or if you were receiving a conditional promo offer for Crave, it would've fallen off when you changed plans and in turn lost access to your subscription. Please do bear in mind that as the Community is a peer-to-peer support channel, we're unable to speak to the specific circumstances for your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To re-add Crave, this can be done from your My Account profile and going to &lt;A href="https://m.vpc.ca/myfeatures" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;My Features&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same case for me. I chatted with the support, and they connected me to the Loyalty Team. However, they said that they are unable to add the Crave subscription to my account because it's a system-generated promotion and the "human" team cannot manually add it. I hope they get to sort this issue out, because my account has been with them for years. I'm also in good standing, and to think that we'll get more for staying with them and getting a new phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
