But from last January my bill became increased and it became 46 dollar per months. I wanted to know. i do not want to change mobile plan but its goes on i have to change to other company. as I do not want to do that i want your help in this meter.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;First thing is to log in to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.virginplus.ca/en/login/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;MyAccount&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;See current bill&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;(as shown on below image).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;On the next page you will see the option to download a PDF version of the invoice (Please do so on your previous bills&amp;nbsp;inside of the 30 to 90 calendar days notification period to locate the notice).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once on the PDF version of your bill you can navigate the different pages to see various notifications or change notices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Pricing&amp;nbsp;changes are normally found under the section&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Total current charges&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;(as shown on below image).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Why not a text?&amp;nbsp; Who looks at the bill when you are on a standard rate all the time?&amp;nbsp; I really am getting disgusted with all of these increases.&amp;nbsp; And, yes, as a loyal customer, I would think one would get some consideration.&amp;nbsp; It's not as if I see any major improvements in the service.&amp;nbsp; It's seamless until something like this happens.&amp;nbsp; A real justification would be nice.&amp;nbsp; And more than putting it on a bill that no-one looks at.&amp;nbsp; It seems you get punished if you don't upgrade.&amp;nbsp; I can't afford the upgrades and I don't want one.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just realized that my bill increased this month without adequate notification. I checked my previous emails and I did not see one that specifically communicated that there would be a price increase in 2026. Like others have mentioned, there should be a loyalty discount, not an increase. It’s a competitive market out there and it’s easy to move from one provider to another. If you want customer loyalty, you need to do a better job of appreciating your customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;September 2024&amp;nbsp; $55 / monthly charges&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;July 2025&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; $61&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;-- 11% increase&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Feb 2026 $67 &amp;lt;-- 10% increase&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That’s an increase of &lt;STRONG&gt;21%&lt;/STRONG&gt; in less than a year and a half.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;My service has not improved.&amp;nbsp; My phone is paid for.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I don’t use anywhere near all of my data.&amp;nbsp; I will be calling tomorrow to ask for a cheaper plan.&amp;nbsp; If that doesn't happen, I'll take my phone and walk to another provider.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So for $144 plus tax a year, what are we getting for that???? Oh wait, NOTHING!       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;UPDATE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;: I called and spoke to the Retention team.&amp;nbsp; I was able to change my plan to a lower rate and I am happy now.&amp;nbsp; Still, I don't think an increase of 21% in 18 months is reasonable, and I shouldn't have had to spend a half-hour of my time tied up on the phone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I recommend that you call them if you are not happy with these large increases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to Virgin Plus abt. 1.5 years ago. Our local Costco was pushing them - said the rates were better than anyone else (was with Rogers previously). I will check with Costco again next visit to see if they now recommend someone else. The $46 per phone that I will now pay no longer seems like that great of a deal anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

VIrgin emails me all these deals, and texts all these promotions things, yet, when I asked why they don't for increases, or things like this, they said look at my bill!&amp;nbsp; Well, I would like to opt out of all of the other stuff then too they spam me with!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was not impressed with this increase at all, especially on a few lines, and on top of that, new people signing up are getting better than what I have, let alone had!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This $6.00 was across all BELL owned services including my Virgin Mobile and Home services so I called to ask what was the source of the increase. It seems BELL just went to the CRTC and said we need to charge $6 more and the CRTC approved it??? But get this-they then made me an offer to remove the $6 monthly fee if I agreed to a 2 year internet contract. This is Hilarious, I have been a Bell customer for more than 28 years, where do they think I am going? And it gets better, if I agree to the 2 year contract and for some reason leave earlier then there is a fee of $463!!! I asked the rep, does that even make sense to you, if I've been here for 28 years but I take and leave a 2 year contract you get $463 of my money???? Anyway I left it at that because I am simply not going to pay the extra $6.00 per month and see what they will do to me, a customer of almost 30 years!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, companies seem to hook you in with NEW activations which are cheaper and offer more than the my current plan, and the only way you can reduce your monthly is to switch companies constantly.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating because they all behave the same...there is NO longer any retention efforts.&amp;nbsp; Half my family is with Rxgxrs and they also increase the plan every so often but they ALWAYS give you retention offers that match the new price increase but you get more data, international calls, text, etc...for no additional cost.&amp;nbsp; So...I will be switching my 2 lines after only 18 months with Virgin and 2 increases since then.&amp;nbsp; Adios Virgin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
