Credit Union not in list of banks

I want automatic withdrawals from my credit union chequing account. My credit union is not listed. What do I do?

We'd recommend reviewing the list of available institutions thoroughly. At times it may appear under a not as apparent name to match up one to one with the name of your credit union.

Beyond that, we'd recommend contacting your credit union in question to confirm that they support this payment method.

I have a deal where I can get a 10 dollar credit monthly if I do pre auth payment

My debit credit union is not in the list of approved banks and so I was wondering if I can just have the approval on my credit card instead because it says credit card will not give me the deal which makes no sense

The phone line assistant told me to mail them a physical void cheque but I am not comfortable doing that so I was looking to see if any alternative can work

Hello, can you pretty please request to the team that Vancity Credit Union be added as a payee? Vancity Community Investment Bank has an entirely different institution number and the accounts wont work despite being the same company. I want to upgrade my phone but i can't until my autopayments are fixed. Thanks so much.
