&lt;P&gt;We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues logging into your account. If so, could you clarify on a few details for us?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What exactly is this error that you're receiving? If you could provide a screenshot with your personal info removed, it would be greatly helpful to the Community in helping you.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried logging in with your password as normal instead of with biometrics?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you reset your password?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure that your phones OS/IOS and apps are updated to their latest versions.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If your phone as been powered on for a long period of time, try fully powering off your phone and back on again (restart).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
