Has anyone been able to purchase the Executive Membership at Costco using the Virgin Plus code that was texted? No explanation was given on where you apply the code.

Sorry for any confusion as to how to redeem the code. For the Virgin Plus code that was provided specifically, it's to be used at Costco's online check-out when paying for your executive membership. Roughly 2-4 business days after that, you'll receive your Costco voucher.

Thanks Kris for the info but when I apply the code I was given at checkout, I get the "Code is not Valid" response on the online check-out. Would you also happen to know if this offer is only for new memberships or can it be used for a renewing membership?

All I'm getting with this offer is frustration. I try to purchase a new membership but nothing works. The code I received doesn't work and now when I scroll through the rules and regulations for Costco, I don't get the option to advance after confirming. Clearly, no one made sure this offer was working properly before it went live.

I'm having the same issue - Costco website says that the conditions of the promotion are not met. I'm trying to renew my membership and I have not been a member since 2017. (much more than 18 months).

I gave up on this offer. I've always found any kind of special offers with Virgin and another company never works out smoothly. Same thing happened to me with Goodlife many years ago. I'll spend my hard earned money with a company that actually wants to sell me something.
