      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got my legal name change documents for a change to my first and middle name in mid July and sent them to documents@virginplus.ca at the same time (July 17).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As of September 24 no change has been made to my account and I called the customer support number and got told that there was no ETA. I have sent a follow up. Has anyone had this issue? How did you resolve it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At this point it feels like closing my account and finding a new provider is the only way to have a phone in my legal name&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
