Did you ever get an answer to your question? I've been receiving charges as well for code SME00 0000 WI. No idea what it is and when I check my phone, I don't have texts that coincide with those dates to know what they are talking about. It says the city is Victoria but I haven't been to Victoria in a couple years. and the receiving city is SME00 0000 WI (whatever that means). Any ideas what these charges are about?

I also was dinged for messages with this code. I found out they were international texts (this was a mistake on my part in the midst of a stressful house purchase and house inspection) and I would really appreciate it if Virgin had a setting that prevented people from texting an international number that would cause extra (unknown) charges.
